Shielding enclosures

Shielding measures to improve the EMC properties of electronic devices can be used in various forms. In addition to EMC coatings, also special shielding housings can be used.

The shielding enclosures of the series AG are particularly suitable for the EMC or HF shielding, e.g. for filter housings, HF shielding, EMC shielding, adapter, coupler...

 

This applies both to high and low frequences. They are made of steel sheet, which is or hot-dip tinned or electrolytically tin-plated and thereby easy to solder.  The shielding enclosures have a removeable lid to guarantee an easier access to the electronic in the interior.

Customer-specific modifications are possible at any time.

 

Shielding enclosures series GH02AG001

The electrically conductive connection is made by cover springs. Slide-in plates are available to cut the enclosures into different sections, which have to be shielded from each other. The covers of these shielding enclosures have openings for an easy wiring of the assemblies among themselves.

The electrically conductive connection is made by plugging on. By soldering the cover, the shielding enclosures can be closed hermeneutically.

The tinplate housings (1 body and 2 covers) are made of 0,5 mm (0,02 inch) tinplate and are well solderable. Thus a good HF denseness in universal areas of application is accessible. Other materials are possible.

  • Aluminum enclosures with a very good price-performance ratio.
  • Ideal as a stable distributor box and for a wide range of applications.

  • Good tightness due to a circumferential flange at the cover.     
  • Special versions according to your specifications are possible at any time.
